DIARI HATI : Pagi yang... silau! (mood rOjAk)

assalamulaikum pembuka bicara.

cik Shaz baru lepas meeting dengan bos.
Every time bos panggil meeting or short briefing, cik shaz selalu ada perasaan "apa lah kes kali ni?". Kali ni memang betul.

Semalam semua HOD ada management meeting. Macam biasa, department cik shaz aim utama selain masalah production. Biasalah, department cik shaz department yang bawa duit. Untung rugi syarikat bergantung kepada usaha department ni antaranya. Ok, cut it short.

Tadi bos panggil cik shaz & en. NZ - my executive. Kali ni bos brief kami berdua hal man power planning & department direction. Maklumlah nak masuk end of year.

Company plan nak buat branch outlet di JB. Since all the share holder approved, In sya Allah 2015 there will be new outlet branch in JB. Jadi, mesti perlukan man power yer tak? So, outcome dari management meeting semalam, en.NZ is the person will be managing JB outlet. He is the 1st choice. Tapi, en.NZ mungkin nak decline sebab dia da bincang dengan wife dia - tak setuju.

Then come the 2nd choice - ME.
Tapi cik Shaz kena improve diri. Tunjukkan pada semua HOD dan Senior Manager(s) - "I am worth it". Tapi ade ayat tak best. My bos hated it. HOD lain start questioning my role here. Mereka kata cik Shaz cuma terperuk je dalam ofis ni ha. OK. Secara mata kasarnya, YA. Tapi bos cik Shaz always trust in me and all his staff. Bos balas " kau orang tak tahu dia sendiri handle more than 14 customer nearby " . Tapi mereka punya high expectation toward me. Jadi bos kalah bila 3 against 1. Thanks bos, always trust us - me :)

JUJUR cik shaz memang benci bila mereka mempertikaikan "kegunaan" cik shaz dalam department ni sebagai officer. Dah lama da issue ni. Sejak GM sebelum ni pun. Cik shaz tak minta naik pangkat, cik Shaz cuma minta naik gaji dan benefit lain daripada company. Itu pun belum tentu dapat. Sebab cik shaz setiap hari duduk dalam office je. Tak keluar cari sale. Cik Shaz kat office tak perlu keluar cari sale. Sales cari cik Shaz. Amboi berlagak betul. Tapi memang betul pun.

Tak mengapa lah mereka nak mempertikaikan cik Shaz di sini. Mereka tak penting. Bukan mereka yang hired cik shaz. Tapi my bos. Person that i trust most in this company. Them? I don't care. Who are they to question me, while my bos trust in me?

They just bad as they were.

As for me, put a BIG SMILE when they asked. If they dare to ask.
